Overage
Section titled “Overage”Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI call minutes. Usage beyond that allowance is billed at $0.18 per minute. Your dashboard shows current usage against your plan.

Multi-property
Section titled “Multi-property”Each separate physical location with its own guest information counts as one property. A single 50-room hotel is one property; five vacation rentals in different addresses are five properties. Multiple properties typically require the Hotel plan or Custom pricing — email hello@motel4.ai.
Billing
Section titled “Billing”- Payment by card through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
- Upgrade or downgrade from Dashboard → Account → Subscription
- Cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period
